Led by certified Yoga Meditation instructor, our Detox Retreat is designed to give you opportunity to release stored toxins that have been accumulated in the body. You will learn the basic concept of self-healing, naturophaty, traditional yogic practice for the body, mind and spiritual development, that will speed up the healing process in the midst of beautiful surrounding nature.

What is detox?
The natural way to cleanse and improve digestive system in our body is by removing toxins, boosting energy, rejuvenating cells and enhancing the immune system. Detox will help enhance the effectiveness of our body digestive system by improving the nutrients absorption.

By participating in the Detox Retreat with us, we will guide you how to live healthier and maintain our body, mental, and spiritual health.

During this program, you will stay in The Waterfall: Hotel, sheltered in the heart of Sibuaten tropical jungle, ashore of Pangambatan River. Hear the deep silence and quiet harmony of Mother Earth’s whisperings all the day in the midst of beautiful virgin surrounding.

Didi Ananda Shubhada
Yoga and meditation teacher and a full time trainer for Ananda Marga society since 2000. She is also a licensed Brain Gym instructor/consultant from USA. She has served the society in many ways: teaching yoga and meditation, lifestyle and education for early childhood teacher. Currently she is in Medan and handling a school for special needs children.
